2025 4th International Conference on Energy and Electrical Power Systems (ICEEPS 2025) wrapped up in Guangzhou!  



The 4th International Conference on Energy and Electric Power Systems (ICEEPS 2025), sponsored by South China University of Technology, organized by the Guangdong AiScholar Institute of Academic Exchange and Academic Exchange Information Center (AEIC), and supported by IEEE PES Smart Buildings, Loads & Customer Systems Satellite Committee - China, IEEE PES Technical Committee Power System Operation, Planning & Economics Committee - China Satellite Committee, Power System Operation & Planning Emerging Technologies Sub-committeewas successfully held in Guangzhou from July 17 to 19, 2025. This conference served as a platform to deliberate on cutting-edge research advancements and anticipate the future trajectories of energy and power systems. The conference boasted a multifaceted communication lineup, encompassing keynote speeches, invited presentations, oral presentations, and poster sessions, offering a holistic view of the field.

During the opening ceremony, Professor Jizhong Zhu offered the opening address on behalf of the organizing committee, extending a heartfelt welcome to all esteemed leaders, experts, and scholars in attendance. The keynote speech session witnessed a series of captivating presentations, each delivered by renowned scholars, including Prof. Jizhong Zhu (South China University of Technology), Prof. Haochun Zhang (Harbin Institute of Technology), Prof. Jing Ma (Shanghai University of Electric Power), Prof. Fei Wang (North China Electric Power University), Prof. Chengxi Liu (Wuhan University), all centering their talks around the conference themes. These presentations showcased their remarkable research achievements and profound academic perspectives, eliciting widespread interest and stimulating lively debates among the participating experts and scholars. The atmosphere of academic exchange was rich, vibrant, and conducive to the exchange of ideas and knowledge.

The conference featured a robust agenda, with equally remarkable parallel sessions in the afternoon. A total of 44 scholars from prestigious institutions, including South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Wuhan University, North China Electric Power University, Guangxi University, Tsinghua University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chongqing University, Hohai University, Sun Yat-sen University, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Harbin University of Science and Technology, and other renowned universities and research institutes, delivered oral and poster presentations. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics, fostering a dynamic and intellectually stimulating academic exchange.

In addition, the conference awarded prizes for the Best Paper, Best Oral Presentation, and Best Poster to recognize outstanding contributions from participating scholars. Upon the successful conclusion of all scheduled sessions, the 2025 4th International Conference on Energy and Power Systems (ICEEPS 2025) drew to a close amidst resounding applause.
