Prof. Jizhong Zhu

Jizhong Zhu is a Professor of South China University of Technology, National Distinguished Expert, Member of European Academy of Sciences and Arts, and Foreign Corresponding Academician of Academy of Sciences of Bologna Institute, Italy. He is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, CSEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, AIIA Fellow, ALSTOM Fellow. Chair of IEEE PES Smart Building, Loads, Customer Systems Technical Committee (China), Chairs of IEEE Standard P2781 Load Modeling and Simulation, IEEE Standard P2783 Quick Response System, and IEEE Standard P3436 EV Charging Load Prediction. He is also an Expert of International Electrotechnical Commission WGs IEC SEG6, IEC TC22 AHG1, IEC TC22 AHG2, respectively. Dr. Zhu has worked at ALSTOM Grid Inc. in Washington State, Howard University in Washington, D.C., the National University of Singapore, Brunel University in England, Chongqing University in China, and China Southern Power Grid. He has hosted and participated in more than 20 international large-scale power engineering projects, as well as led and participated in the compilation and formulation of 6 IEC and IEEE international standards. He has published six books, as well as over three hundred papers in the international journals and conferences. He has authorized more than 20 national patents and won more than 10 international and domestic academic awards.





Prof. Fei Wang

North China Electric Power University, China

Fei Wang, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program of China, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at North China Electric Power University, Highly Cited Chinese Researcher (Elsevier), Top 2% Scientist Worldwide (Stanford University), Expert of the IEC International Standards Working Group for Renewable Energy Forecasting, Member of the Energy Meteorology Committee and Low-Voltage DC Systems at the Demand Side Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. He is currently serving as Associate Editor/Editorial Board Member for multiple top-tier international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, and Energy. His research focuses on renewable energy/load/electricity price forecasting, electricity market, and virtual power plants. He has published over 300 papers (15 of which are highly cited), with total citations exceeding 11,000 and an H-index of 55. As the first-ranked contributor, he has been awarded three provincial/ministerial-level First Prizes in Science and Technology. He has led more than 50 national and provincial-level projects, including the National Key R&D Program, Key International S&T Cooperation Projects under the National Key R&D Program, and National Natural Science Foundation projects. His research outcomes have been featured in authoritative media such as Nature, CCTV, and Discovery Channel, and have been widely applied.

Prof. Chengxi Liu

Wuhan University, China

Chengxi Liu is currently a full professor with the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University, China. He also serves as the Vice Director of Department of Power Systems. He is an IEEE and CSEE senior member and an associate member of CIGRE C6 and B5, China Committee. Additionally, he serves as an Associate Editor for the MPCE and CSEE JPES, and some other international journals. He has authored over 120 papers, including over 50 SCI papers, with h-index 32. His research interests include power system stability and control, power system dynamic simulations, etc.



Prof. Jing Ma

Shanghai University of Electric Power, China

Jing Ma, male, professor, doctoral supervisor,Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher (Global) and ranked among the Top 2% Most Influential Scientists Worldwide (Stanford University),IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member. Reporter obtained a bachelors degree and a doctorate degree in power system and automation from North China Electric Power University in 2003 and 2008 respectively. From September 2008 to September 2009, reporter worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Virginia Tech, USA. Reporter concurrently served as the leader of the Sixth National Technology Forecast Energy Field Expert Group, the chairman of the Youth Branch of the CIGRE China National Committee, the deputy director of the Youth Working Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, and the editorial board member of the journals "IET Renewable Power Generation" and "Power System Protection and Control". Reporter has been engaged in research on system security protection in new energy and AC-DC power grid environments for a long time. Reporter has presided over 6 national projects, published more than 100 academic papers in authoritative academic journals at home and abroad, and authorized more than 90 international/national invention patents; Published 5 monographs in Chinese and English; Won 5 provincial and ministerial first prizes.

Prof. Haochun Zhang

Harbin Institute of Technology, China

Dr. Haochun Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Harbin Institute of Technology, and he is the founding director of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, the leader of the discipline of nuclear energy science and engineering, in charge of the national first-class undergraduate major construction site of "Nuclear Engineering and Nuclear Technology", and a visiting scholar at Hamburg University of Technology in Germany. He has been engaged in long-term research in modern thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, thermal control technology, aerospace power, advanced nuclear energy, renewable energy, multi band optoelectronic detection and countermeasures. He has been undertaking more than 10 national level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Major Special Project for Large Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor and High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor Nuclear Power Plant, and the National Key Research and Development Project for Nuclear Safety and Advanced Nuclear Energy Technology, as well as more than 30 key military/civilian unit cooperation projects, including the China Academy of Atomic Energy, China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, Beijing Institute of Space Mechanical and Electrical Research, and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. He has authored 1 Chinese monograph, participated in the planning and writing of 6 English monographs, published over 310 academic papers, cited over 700 times, and 3 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers and TOP5% highly cited scholars on CNKI. He has been authorized 16 national invention patents and 15 software copyrights. He has served as Vice Chairman of the China Nuclear Industry Education Society, member of the Academic Committee of the National Key Laboratory of Advanced Nuclear Energy Technology, and Deputy Editor in Chief of the Journal of Weapon and Equipment Engineering. He received honors such as the Second Prize for National Teaching Achievements, the Third Prize for Science and Technology of China Shipbuilding Corporation, and the Chinese Young Scholar Scholarship from the Krupp Foundation in Germany. He also served as the President of ICCGE 2024 and other international conferences 5 times, and he was invited to give conference/invitation presentations at over 40 academic conferences.
