Publication
Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE(ISBN:979-8-3315-4572-7)and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEEXplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings papers cannot be fewer than 4 pages.
